I finally have a building permit from the City of Austin to install the septic system and we'll run the new incoming water line at the same time. Running water should be only a couple of weeks off...

He made a break for it but I cornered him on the freshly finished closet floor and showed him the front door.



Rick Waldrop from Treeline Construction and his crew did the entire septic sytem install in just a few days. First they scraped off a foot or so of the front yard



leveled it and filled it with 12 inches of gravel



and assembled the drain pipes for my engineered 'low pressure dosing' leach field.



Then they dug the hole and set a three section 1250 gallon tank with an integral pump and connected it to the drain line coming from the house.
