Bob & Cheryl buy a Lake House.

The attic is accessed by a pull-down stair.

They must have anticipated finishing the attic when the place was originally constructed because they used exremely heavy trusses rather than just using 2 x 10s, so the second floor will be plenty sturdy.



When we do kick out a couple of dormers there will be plenty of floor space upstairs for another bedroom and bath.
