Time to build the BIG WHEEL itself... First Jake cuts out two perfect circles from some half inch plate steel.

I broke my own rule here by writing things down...

Here's the pile of spokes waiting to be bent

and welded to the circles which will form our hub.

Remember that piece of strap I bent into a circle back on the second page? Let's just weld it onto the spokes!

Meanwhile, I continue to detail the small parts. Here the pedals get coated in poly.

The firewall needs to be blue, not yellow, DUH! POOF, now it's blue...
